The Hammer Forged Barrels offer distinct advantages over traditional barrel cutting. The process reduces the outer diameter of the barrel without removing material, making the barrel stronger and more rigid, at the same time as forming the interior rifling. This leaves a much cleaner and smother surface throughout the bore reducing projectile resistance and premature wear.
